Garden 5 Karen Kling
Karen is a talented gardener and club officer. She loves it when people pass by and remark
on her garden's beauty. She likes watching the garden change with the seasons.
...relax on the patio
Karen enjoys sitting on the patio in the morning and enjoying the quiet and thinking about how she can tweak the garden to keep it growing and changing.
Garden 6 Christine Lambert
Christine is an enthusiastic member and club officer with a large park-like yard. She has a variety of trees and flowering shrubs.
Christine considers hers an English style garden with different shades of green dominating and dots of color from annuals and occasional bright surprises from flowering shrubs and perennials.
...an English style garden
Christine's best advice is to let your plants tell you where they want to be. If a plant is in the wrong location, don't be afraid to move it... several times if necessary!
Garden 9 Richard Falzone
Rich sees his garden as a place of peace and refuge.
For him, the garden is not just flowers; it is a place for reading, sitting, walking and resting and should incorporate water, nature, and maybe even a few little weeds.
... peace and refuge
Rich believes in holistic gardening without pesticides and herbicides, and thinks the gardener is just a part of the picture... but a part that can influence so much.
Rich's advice is to give nature time and space to
'do her thing.'
